KJFB Terms & Conditions — Full Bengali Version

These Terms & Conditions apply to the KJFB platform (kjfb.bet) and all of its services. KJFB operates an online betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between KJFB and the user.

By using any KJFB service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time and users will be notified of any changes.

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all betting, gaming, and related services.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• KJFB reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
• The Bangla version is definitive — in the event of any conflict with a translation in another language, the Bangla version prevails.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account on KJFB. If an account is opened with false or incorrect information, KJFB reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit all balances.

Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, email, mobile number, or device. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

• You must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth when registering.
• Your account login credentials must be kept strictly confidential at all times.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• The user is solely responsible for the security of their own account.
• Accounts may never be sold or transferred to a third party.

KJFB strictly enforces a policy against underage betting. Use of any KJFB service by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. KJFB reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time.

Documents Required for KYC Verification

• National Identity Card (NID) — Clear photos of both front and back
• Passport — where applicable
• Bank Statement — For large withdrawals
• Selfie Photo — NID selfie (held in hand) if required

Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be held pending KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals are typically processed within 24–48 hours.

KJFB supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile payment methods — Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a registered payment method.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (Mobile Banking)
• Maximum daily deposit: determined by the user's account tier
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Processing is typically completed within 15–30 minutes
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit
• Withdrawals will be held if wagering requirements have not been fully met

The following rules must be strictly followed when using KJFB's betting services. They apply equally to all users.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The cashout option is not available on all markets — only where the icon is shown.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a software error, KJFB reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a market closes before the match begins, any related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

Live Betting Special Rules

• Odds in Live Betting change rapidly — the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• KJFB will not be held liable for any bets that fail to process due to internet connectivity issues.
• Betting is not available while a market is suspended — this is a standard part of normal operations.

Match Abandoned or Postponed

If a match is abandoned before 50% of play is completed, bets will be voided and stakes refunded. If abandoned after 50% completion, KJFB will settle bets in accordance with the relevant sports governing body's decision.

KJFB offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement — typically 5–15x the bonus amount.

• Wagering must generally be completed within 30 days of the bonus being awarded.
• Only bets with minimum odds of 1.5 or above will count towards wagering.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonus balance will be used first, followed by your main balance.
• If the same person uses multiple accounts to claim bonuses, all bonuses will be cancelled.

KJFB reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons.

• Registering with false information
• Creating or Managing Multiple Accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraud
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Exploiting software errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Placing automated bets using programs or bots

If an account is closed due to proven fraud, all balances will be forfeited. If the closure is for an innocent reason, any withdrawable balance will be returned.

• Bet Limit: Set a limit on how much you can bet within a given period.
